Three Crimson Tide to play in Senior Bowl

The Alabama Crimson Tide will be well represented at the 2011 Under Armour Senior Bowl.

Three members of the team — QB Greg McElroy, TE Preston Dial and OT James Carpenter — have accepted invitations to play in the annual all-star game.

"This senior group from the University of Alabama has enjoyed tremendous success over the course of their careers and we are excited about having them represent the Crimson Tide here in Mobile next month," Senior Bowl President and CEO Steve Hale said.

The contest is scheduled for Jan. 29 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Ala. It will air live on the NFL Network.
