Titans' Owner Bud Adams says Jeff Fisher needs to Starting Winning Again

Jeff Fisher will return as the Tennessee Titans' head coach next season. That much became known for certain Friday, but Titans' owner Bud Adams said Saturday Fisher needs to start winning again - and soon.

Fisher, the Titans' coach since 1995, was retained by Adams as the team's coach this week despite losses in eight of the last nine games and records of 8-8 and 6-10 the last two seasons. The Titans won the AFC South in 2008 and haven't won a post-season game since 2003.
