A recap of Friday's NFL fines

The following players received fines from the NFL on Friday for actions taken in Week 12 games, according to multiple reports:

Patriots OT Nate Solder was fined $7,500 for an illegal clip.

49ers WRs Michael Crabtree, Braylon Edwards, Ted Ginn and Kyle Williams were each fined $5,000 for uniform infractions.

Falcons WR Kerry Meier was fined $20,000 for his blindside block to the head area of Vikings LS Cullen Loeffler, who is out for the season with a broken bone in his lower back.

Redskins DE Stephen Bowen was fined $15,000 for roughing the passer.

Redskins RB Roy Helu was fined $7,500 for a chop block.

Seahawks OLB K.J. Wright was fined $15,000 for roughing the passer.

Saints CB Tracy Porter was fined $7,500 for unnecessary roughness for dragging Giants WR Hakeem Nicks down out of bounds.
