Eric LeGrand to be honored at ESPYS

Former Rutgers player Eric LeGrand will be honored at the ESPYS next month, when he receives the Jimmy V Perseverance Award for the way he has made drastic strides since he was paralyzed in a game in 2010. Though he was told he would always remain on a ventilator, LeGrand can now breathe on his own and stand up with the help of a metal frame. He told the Associated Press: "I can relate to that because I am never giving up in my situation. I am never giving up in my situation.
