Preliminary hearings on injunction to end lockout scheduled for April 6

The preliminary hearings on the antitrust class-action lawsuit filed against the league by QB Tom Brady and nine other players is set for April 6.

The case will be heard be Judge Susan Nelson, not Judge David Doty — who has sided with the players in the past. It will be heard in Minnesota and will begin at 9:30 a.m.

The players may still file a motion to shift the case to Judge Doty.
