Referees Rants:Introduction

From 15th August I will be introducing a new feature to the FootballBlog.co.uk called Referees Rants. As some of you may not know I am a level 8 FA Referee and in this new feature I will be writing about several different refereeing subjects in addition to a weekly analysis of a referee.
