AFC East injury updates

There were several key injuries in the AFC East last week that will impact this weekend's games. Here are the latest updates from around the division: Buffalo Bills: Both running backs Fred Jackson (knee) and C.J. Spiller (shoulder) are listed as questionable. Jackson is expected to play Sunday against the Patriots, according to head coach Chan Gailey. But Spiller is making progress, as well, and had limited participation the past two days. Cornerback and dangerous return specialist Leodis McKelvin (groin) is probable.
