First-round quarterback Ryan Tannehill wasn't the only rookie worth watching Friday for the Miami Dolphins. Here are some additional notes from Miami's rookie minicamp: A lot of Dolphins fans are intrigued about fourth-round pick Lamar Miller from the University of Miami. He is considered one of the sleeper picks in this draft, whose stock fell because of a recent shoulder injury. The rookie tailback says he's getting healthy. He ran without limitation during team drills.
