Former Oilers WR Drew Hill died on Friday after suffering two massive strokes. Hill was 54. He had five 1,000-yard seasons with the Oilers.
"I'm shocked," former teammate Warren Moon told PFW correspondent and Houston Chronicle writer John McClain. "I can't believe it. Drew meant so much to us as a player and as a person. I counted on him so much. He was the consummate professional. It's just so sad."
McClain wrote that Hill was one of the most popular Oilers players during one of the team's most successful eras.
