The NFL is not expected to announce compensatory draft picks or the 2011 opening-weekend games at the owners' meeting this week, according to the Green Bay Press-Gazette.
The league typically would announce both at the meeting, but the ongoing labor struggles are changing a lot around the NFL.
Compensatory picks are given to teams that have lost key players to free agency. They are generally awarded at the end of Rounds 3-7.
The defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers figure to open the season on Thursday night of Week One, but an opponent has not yet been announced.
