Dolphins announce roster moves

The Miami Dolphins signed veteran defensive tackle Igor Olshansky and cornerback Nate Jones, the team announced Tuesday evening. Miami released running back Larry Johnson and tight end Dante Rosario to make room for the moves.

Miami's defense has underachieved compared to last year's numbers. Olshansky is a productive veteran who was a former starter for the Dallas Cowboys and San Diego Chargers. Dolphins defensive lineman Tony McDaniel also has a hand injury and could be out for a significant period.

Nate Jones also�is an�experienced veteran. He's�played in 99 games�with 10 career starts. Miami's secondary has struggled and experienced injuries at cornerback early in the season.
