The Rams are donating $25,000 to help aid the relief efforts in both Joplin, Mo., and St. Louis., following the devastating storms that recently hit the area.
The donation will be split between the American Red Cross and the Salvation Army, and the team has said it also will match any staff contributions.
"The St. Louis Rams are proud to make this pledge to the American Red Cross and Salvation Army to help the Joplin and St. Louis communities. Our hearts and prayers go out to all of the families impacted by these disasters," Rams chief operating officer Kevin Demoff said.
Outside of financial contributions, head coach Steve Spagnuolo and his wife, Maria recently took part in a telethon to help raise money for the cause, while many members of the organization have volunteered their time to help remove debris.
