AFC East injury report

Here is the final injury report for Week 9 in the AFC East:

New York Jets (4-3) at Buffalo Bills (5-2), Sunday at 1 p.m. ET

Jets

Questionable: WR Plaxico Burress (low back), DT Mike Devito (knee), DT Kenrick Ellis (ankle), CB Isaiah Trufant (hamstring)

Probable: DT Marcus Dixon (knee), LB David Harris (ankle), C Nick Mangold (ankle), LB Calvin Pace (groin), DE Ropati Pitoitua (knee)

Bills

Out: T Demetrius Bell (shoulder), CB Aaron Williams (chest), DT Kyle Williams (foot)

Questionable: OT Chris Hairston (ankle), LB Chris Kelsay (calf)

Probable: QB Ryan Fitzpatrick (chest), WR Donald Jones (ankle), G Andy Levitre (shoulder), RB Johnny White (illness)

Analysis: The Jets, as expected, are pretty healthy coming off the bye. Burress will play, and borderline players like Devito and Ellis should be ready for this big game. The Bills are banged up at offensive tackle. Hairston is questionable, but could split time with Levitre at left tackle this week. Fitzpatrick is a little banged up, but it's not serious. However, Buffalo should be concerned about Fitzpatrick taking another big hit this week. The best news for the Bills is that receiver Donald Jones, the team's best deep threat, is making his return. That should help keep the Jets from constantly stacking the box against Bills running back Fred Jackson.

Miami Dolphins (0-7) at Kansas City Chiefs (4-3), Sunday at 1 p.m. ET

Dolphins

Questionable: RB Daniel Thomas (hamstring), WR Clyde Gates (groin), CB Vontae Davis (hamstring)

Probable: S Yeremiah Bell (toe), G Richie Incognito (ankle), OT Marc Columbo (knee), C Mike Pouncey (neck), DE Jason Taylor (hip), DE Kendall Langford (hip), QB Matt Moore (ribs)

Chiefs

Doubtful: S Jon McGraw (shoulder)

Questionable: CB Javier Arenas (ankle)

Analysis: Both teams are healthy entering this game. Davis and Thomas both have been in and out of the lineup all season. But it looks like both have a better chance to play this week, which is good for Miami. Center Mike Pouncey also will play. That helps the running game. Kansas City is very healthy coming off a short week.

New York Giants (5-2) at New England Patriots (5-2), Sunday at 4:15 p.m. ET

Giants

Out: T Stacy Andrews (back)

Doubtful: C David Baas (knee), RB Ahmad Bradshaw (foot), WR Hakeem Nicks (hamstring)

Questionable: CB Prince Amukamara (foot), FB Henry Hynoski (neck), DE Jason Pierre-Paul (concussion)

Probable: LB Michael Boley (knee), WR Mario Manningham (illness), DE Osi Umenyiora (knee/shoulder), TE Bear Pascoe (finger), DE Justin Tuck (groin/neck)

Patriots

Out: LB Dane Fletcher (thumb)

Questionable: S Josh Barrett (thumb), DE Shaun Ellis (ribs), RB Kevin Faulk (knee), RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis (toe), DL Albert Haynesworth (back), TE Aaron Hernandez (knee), LB Jerod Mayo (knee), OT Sebastian Vollmer (back), WR Wes Welker (neck)

Probable: OL Donald Thomas (non-injury related)

Analysis: The Patriots are catching the Giants at the right time. New York is hurting and expected to be without its two best offensive skill players (Nicks and Bradshaw) in addition to its starting center (Baas). The Patriots need all the help they can get defensively. This should play right into New England's hands. Receiver Wes Welker is the biggest injury concern for the Patriots. He missed some practice time during the week.
