Randy Moss had just six catches for 80 yards in his time with the Titans last season, and the team doesn't plan on re-signing him.
"I honestly don't think we'll try to re-sign him," Titans GM Mike Reinfeldt told season-ticket holders in a conference call on Friday, according to John Glennon of The Tennessean.
Moss played for three teams in 2010. The Patriots traded him to the Vikings, who cut him. The Titans claimed him off waivers and he didn't make an impact.
"We've got some young guys we like and I think at this point in his career he will probably go elsewhere," Reinfeldt said.
The way we see it
Moss scored three touchdowns in the first three games of the season with New England before the drama began. The 34-year-old is one of the best receivers in the history of the game, and it will be interesting to see if a team decides to take a flier on Moss to see what he has left in the tank for 2011.
