Carson Palmer won't start Sunday for Raiders

Quarterback Carson Palmer is not expected to start against the Chiefs, with Kyle Boller likely to get the call, according to multiple reports. Palmer was acquired Tuesday from Cincinnati, and hasn't played a down of live football since last season. He has been sharing practice reps with Boller and rookie Terrelle Pryor.
